Low pulse start function: Y06 products realize low pulse start function. When the vehicle is ignited, a pulse will be generated. Y06 uses this pulse to judge that the vehicle has started and wakes up the device. When the device is plugged into the vehicle’s OBD interface, if there is no ignition, it will go to sleep after the set sleep time has elapsed (the default sleep time is 5 minutes). It is worth noting that the Y05D product locks the pins of the power chip with a low pulse signal, so that although the low pulse start device can be realized, the battery power does not change when the vehicle is turned off, and the device will not be recognized when the vehicle is ignited next time. It is difficult to connect different trips into one trip, which is not convenient for various data analysis in the trip.

Y06 uses the low pulse to directly access the MCU, and wakes up the device as an interrupt signal, so that the low pulse signal can be captured every time, and the information such as the flameout message, the ignition message, and the physical examination will be completed after the capture.

Device sleep: When the vehicle goes out of service and exceeds the set sleep time (default is 5 minutes), the device will enter the sleep state until the next low pulse signal is generated, and the device will be woken up. After judging that the vehicle is turned off, it is no longer a direct power off, but enters the sleep mode and periodically reports the device health message.

Device health packet sending function: After the device is hibernating, every 24 hours (time can be set, can be remotely set by the server) to send a health message to the center to report the current device and vehicle status. The message content includes vehicle battery voltage value, GSM signal, number of participating satellites, number of GSM module failures, and number of GPS module failures.

Navigation IP function: Combine the server to implement the navigation IP function. The device is connected to the navigation IP, and the application IP is assigned by the navigation IP. The device then switches to the application IP to connect and perform data interaction. The application IP is applied for 24 hours. This ensures that our distributed deployment is effectively managed and can alleviate the stress of a single server.

The real-time reading function of the vehicle status: Y06 supports the remote reading of 103 real-time data streams. When the expert agent needs to analyze the vehicle status, the server can select the data item to be read and send it to the terminal. The vehicle performs data reading with a data interval of 3S and continuous 10 minutes, and uploads the server to provide data support for the expert agent. In order to ensure the safety of the owner, the real-time reading function of the vehicle state requires the vehicle to be parked and read in the case of parking.

Curve compensation function: Generally, we set the GPS interval to a fixed value of 30S, but when encountering a curve or a bridge, there will be a trajectory directly crossing the road or bridge hole at the display end, which makes the user experience worse. In order to balance the accuracy of the trajectory and the data flow, the GPS reporting interval uses a preset value when traveling in a straight line.
